I found a puzzle cache this morning (GCZ548) Blind as a Bat. I found the clue several days ago, solved the puzzle, then found the cache today. While visiting my daughter tonight, I found another cache in a nearby park. (GCMT4V) S Platte Cacher Hwy-Don't Shoot. I was joined by my oldest daughter and my youngest daughters boyfriend, Steve. We also had a DNF. It's nice to be caching again. I like the snow but we had too much for too long.

Molly and I took a long walk along the Highline Canal Trail today. Blue sky's, warmer temps, and good company made for a pleasant afternoon. Along our route we found the last cache in the "Cash Wathdral" series. (GC10H0G) #3 The Money Tree. We also saw a female coyote with two pups. As you could imagine, the coyote kept it's distance, maybe 60 yd's or so. I snapped a few photos while Molly milled around, not showing the least bit of interest. The pups were small and stayed under mom. A great time!

I'm so glad the snow is starting to melt some as I am getting the itch to do some Geocaching. A local cacher has hidden several "snow friendly" micro caches in the area. I found one a few days ago, and another today. (GC10H0B) Cache Withdrawl #4: You Can Bank On It.
Its good to be out caching again!

Happy Birthday Molly!
Today is Molly's 4th birthday. We didn't do anything special, although every day is special for Molly. She is the Queen in our house.

I found a Geocache today (GC10H06) Cache Withdrawl #2; Green sTuff. I have looked for this cache several times before, when I shop at Home Depot. (cache is located near the entry door) I must admit this one had me going for a good little while. Nice camo job!

I went icefishing at Chatfield with my friend Jim today. Three and a half hours on the ice and I didn't even get a nibble. ;-(

The temp dropped like a rock this afternoon, the windchill near zero. The snow was blowing so hard you could barely stand to have your face uncovered. Even Molly looked uncomfortable. Her head was covered with Ice. I shortened our walk a bit so we could get back to the warm.
