 We just returned from 4 days of camping, fishing and hiking at and around Green Mountain Reservoir. This was the first time we camped at Green Mountain and enjoyed setting up camp just feet from the water. The fishing was good too, we caught our limit of fish every day. We also did some hiking at Cataract Lake located a few miles to the south-west. We enjoyed the hike so much we returned to hike the trail again before we drove home. The wild flowers were Awesome! I can hardly wait until our next trip.

Molly and I spent a few hours hunting Geocaches close to home today. Found three, two of them in Highlands Ranch. The third was just north of us a few miles. We would have spent more time Geocaching but it was brutally hot. A great day to be out and about with your best friend.

Recent events came together to present a perfect opportunity to travel to Cabela's (in Nebraska) to purchase some new hiking boots. So we did! While we were there we found one Geocache, (GCN091) On Golden Pond.

Yesterday I found a Geocache not far from where I was working (GC12D7E) Granmy's "Goodie Box". Today Molly and Decided to hike in Meyer Ranch Park. It's been a few years since I have hiked there and didn't remember it being so small. We hiked all the trails in the park and found two Geocaches, (GCW9DR) COKidcache and (GCYQ2F) Orange U Glad, in a couple of hours. I didn't remember being able to hear highway noise either. Oh-well, things change. We had a good time any way.
